We’re not exactly known for being restrained when it comes to flavour. With an indulgent selection of cakes, buttercreams, ganaches and fruit compotes, there’s a little something for every craving. Vanilla Cakes
Our vanilla cakes are anything but boring, soft, moist and perfectly suited to everything from classic vanilla to rich caramel and bright, fruity flavours.
- Vanilla Bean — Simple, elegant and utterly irresistible. Moist vanilla cake layered with silky vanilla bean buttercream.
- Vanilla Birthday Cake — Our classic Vanilla Bean with a little party thrown in, rainbow sprinkles add a playful pop of colour and a surprise in every bite.
- Salted Caramel Skor — Vanilla cake and buttercream, lavishly layered with salted caramel drizzle and crunchy Skor pieces. Sweet, salty, buttery and gloriously indulgent.
- Salted Caramel Coconut — Everything you love about Salted Caramel Skor, minus the Skor and with toasted coconut instead. A little tropical, a little decadent.
- Tiramisu — Cream cheese buttercream kissed with espresso powder, rich chocolate ganache and a delicate touch of cinnamon. Basically, your coffee break got dressed up.
- Cherry Cheesecake — Creamy cheesecake style buttercream paired with a luscious cherry compote for a perfectly indulgent sweet tart finish.
- Mango Passionfruit — Silky mango buttercream with a vibrant passionfruit compote. Tropical, juicy and decidedly fabulous.
- Strawberries & Cream — Vanilla bean buttercream with a luscious strawberry compote. A timeless combination that never needs an introduction.
- Lemon Raspberry — Bright lemon buttercream, silky lemon curd and tangy raspberry compote. Zesty, fruity and just the right amount of tart.
- Brown Butter Pecan — Rich, nutty and wonderfully indulgent, with the deep caramelised flavour of brown butter buttercream paired with buttery pecans.
Chocolate Cakes
Something lifestyle choice.
- Extreme Chocolate — Rich chocolate buttercream, decadent chocolate ganache and a satisfying crunch of wafer pearls or chocolate nibs*. The name says it all.
- Mocha — Espresso buttercream meets rich chocolate ganache. Dark, sophisticated and made for the coffee obsessed.
- Peanut Butter Cup — Creamy peanut butter buttercream, chocolate ganache and crushed peanuts for that irresistible sweet-and-salty crunch.
- Cookies & Cream — Vanilla bean buttercream loaded with cookie crumbs, paired with chocolate ganache and an extra generous sprinkle of crumbs. Childhood nostalgia, but make it cake.
- Chocolate Cream Cheese — Moist chocolate cake paired with a silky vanilla bean cream cheese buttercream. Classic, creamy and effortlessly delicious.
- Black Forest — Vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache, cherry compote and a little crunch from wafer pearls or chocolate nibs*. A decadent nod to the classic.
- German Chocolate — Vanilla buttercream layered with toasted coconut, caramel and pecans. Rich, nutty and unapologetically indulgent.
- Chocolate Hazelnut — Silky hazelnut buttercream, hazelnut pieces and luscious chocolate ganache. Think luxurious chocolate spread, but better.
- Chocolate Raspberry — Rich chocolate buttercream, vibrant raspberry compote, chocolate ganache and a satisfying crunch of wafer pearls or chocolate nibs*. Dark, fruity and utterly irresistible.
Other Cakes
For something that doesn't conform here is a few more choices.
- Red Velvet — Velvety red velvet cake paired with our creamy cream cheese buttercream. Nostalgic, elegant and always a crowd-pleaser.
- Marble — Not your ordinary marble cake. Alternating layers of chocolate and vanilla cake are paired with vanilla buttercream, chocolate ganache and wafer pearls or chocolate nibs* between the layers for an extra decadent twist.

- Pistachio Chocolate — Chocolate cake with pistachio buttercream, chocolate ganache and pistachio pieces.
