  1. Tracked Shipping

All items are shipped using tracked delivery services. Tracking information is provided to the recipient as soon as the order is dispatched. This ensures you can follow your package’s journey and confirm its arrival or arrange for timely pickup.

  1. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been processed and shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

  1. Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. While we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, please allow 30-60 minute window for this.

  1. Pickup Options

For local customers, in-store pickup may be available for certain items. You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

  1. Shipping Areas

Currently, we offer shipping within Canada. If you are looking to ship outside of our regular delivery zones, please contact us directly to inquire about custom shipping options.

  1. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us. We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the issue and do our best to resolve it quickly.
